There is something powerful that happens when women come together with a shared commitment to excellence, faith, and mutual support. I have seen it happen over and over again, and it never gets old.
That is exactly what Mujeres de Excelencia was born to create.
I founded this nonprofit initiative because I saw a need in our community. I saw talented, gifted, faith-filled women who were struggling — not because they lacked ability, but because they lacked community. They were trying to build their dreams in isolation, without the encouragement, accountability, and wisdom that comes from being in relationship with other women who share your values.
I also saw the challenges that come with being an entrepreneur, a professional, or a leader in our community. The pressures are real. The loneliness can be overwhelming. And sometimes, you just need to be in a room with people who understand what you are going through.
Mujeres de Excelencia creates that room.
Our gatherings are a place where women can:
- Share their dreams without fear of judgment
- Find mentors who have walked the path before them
- Build business relationships rooted in trust and shared values
- Be encouraged in their faith and reminded of their God-given purpose
- Celebrate each other's victories and support each other through challenges
And alongside Mujeres de Excelencia, we have 300 Hombres de Valor — a brotherhood of men who gather to strengthen one another in faith, purpose, and community. Because we believe that when men and women are both thriving, families thrive, and when families thrive, communities thrive.
